New Venture and Long Term Enterprises for Small business
A new venture cannot remain as such forever. The entrepreneur must develop it into a small business or make it grow in to a mature and bigger company if he is to recoup the cost of opening the new venture and take advantage of the opportunities presented by a mature business.
Holt maintains that new venture must pass through at least four major stages before they mature into successful long-term enterprise
